The English Premier League still featured a lot of interesting games at the weekend despite the postponement of three games including the game between Chelsea and Liverpool and Manchester United versus Leeds United.


  The games that eventually went ahead made up for the disappointment as Tottenham Hotspur destroyed Leicester City 6-2. Antonio Conte's side was in impressive form while Brendan Rodgers' team had started the season poorly. 


  Leicester City scored the first goal of the game through Youri Tielemans, who netted from the penalty spot. Harry Kane leveled the scoreline one minute later before Tottenham Hotspur took the lead through Erik Dier. James Maddison ensured that Leicester City went into the break on level terms with his goal in the 41st minute.


  Second-half goals from Rodrigo Bentancur, and a hat-trick from Son Heung-min ensured that Tottenham Hotspur won the game comfortably.

  Erling Haaland continued his impeccable run in front of goal as he scored another league goal in Manchester City's 3-0 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Norwegian striker has taken his goal tally to 11 goals in the English Premier League.
