Gabriel Jesus, who joined Arsenal this summer after moving from Manchester City for £45 million, has already had an impact.
The 25-year-old has helped his team to the top of the Premier League standings by scoring four goals and assisting on three others before the first international break.
In addition to helping the squad score goals, he has been a great addition due to his eagerness to help the team perform well both on and off the field.
Mikel Arteta, the club's manager, said of his contributions, "I wouldn't want to play against him!
"Even though I've never been a defender, I can guess they don't like it. He poses a serious threat because he is so adaptable, smart, and proactive to play in any situation or stage of the game.
The Spaniard continued, "I think it raises the standards with the manner he's training every day. "And how he converses and how [the team] is interacting."
Jesus' dedication and skill have helped the club, but after earning four yellow cards, he faces the obvious possibility of suspension.
He will miss a game if he receives another caution, and with the hotly anticipated north London derby right around the corner, he will also miss the match against Liverpool.
Arteta might use Eddie Nketiah in this situation even though he hasn't played much so far this season.
The Hale End academy alumnus made such an impression after the last campaign that he was offered a new contract to stay with the team.
Since there is a lot of rivalry for roster places, Jesus' ban might be a gift in disguise for the 22-year-old who hasn't had many opportunities to flourish in the league.
The latter, who has shown to be a versatile forward option over the years, may potentially see a position move as a result.
Despite the Brazilian's potential inability to participate in any of the upcoming games, Arsenal currently has enough depth in the attacking areas to cover for his absence.
